Details: The Our Place Carbon Steel Wok is back — and to celebrate, we're welcoming chef and author J. Kenji López-Alt to our Venice store for an afternoon of cooking and conversation.
Kenji will share the story behind the wok he helped us bring to life, then cook three dishes live throughout the afternoon — including the Tangerine Beef & Snap Peas, Mapo Tofu, and Canter’s Pastrami Dumplings. There will be samples after every demo, time to say hello, and a book signing to close things out.
