I designed this titanium braiser with my friends at Our Place. Searing, braising, shallow frying—this pan is a culinary workhorse.
This braiser is nonstick, non-toxic, and dishwasher safe.
It’s heavy-duty with enough surface area for searing and enough volume to build a stew. Unlike other standard stovetop braisers, I designed mine with handles and a lid compact enough to allow the whole thing to slide into my countertop Wonder Oven Pro.
